What is 'superpremium' ice cream?
Ice cream can be categorized under the following quality segments: Economy, regular, premium, and superpremium. This is mainly determined by the quality of ingredients, the milkfat content, and the amount of overrun (air) in the product. Superpremium ice cre
This means that our superpremium ice cream has a creamier texture and bolder taste compared to standard ice cream out there because of the higher milkfat content and less air that gets added into it. Less air means fewer ice crystals, which gives it that smooth and rich texture.

What are the sizes available?
Currently, we offer our flavors in US pint sizes: roughly 473ml.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through bank deposit or online transfer to our BPI account, and direct transfers to our Paymaya and GCash accounts.
Where do you ship from?
We ship our ice cream from our 'hubs' that we regularly stock up on all flavors. Our main hub is in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. We also have hubs in Rockwell, Ayala Alabang, and Corinthian Gardens.
Depending on your location—and the hubs' current inventory levels—we will ship from the hub nearest you.
What is your delivery schedule?
We make our ice cream in small batches, and plan our deliveries efficiently so you can get your ice cream delivered in the best quality possible.
We currently deliver twice a week, every Tuesdays and Fridays.
How do I know when my orders will be delivered?
We have a daily order cut-off time at 5PM. We consider your order as "placed" once you send us proof of payment. Orders placed (or proof of payment sent) between Sundays to Wednesdays will be delivered Fridays, and orders placed between Thursdays to Saturdays will be delivered on Tuesdays.

Can I pick-up my orders or book my own delivery service?
Yes, you can pick-up your order at the hub nearest you. Select pick-up option at checkout.
Pick-up time is between 10AM to 5PM daily. We will confirm once your orders are ready for pick-up.
If you're booking your own delivery service, we highly suggest booking Lalamove with insulated bag.
